What the training covers
The SUSTAIN pre-departure training is a set of four short courses, each focused on a different part of starting a career in Europe:
Preparing for STEM Careers in Europe - how to present yourself effectively to European employers.
Working in Europe: Know Your Rights - labour rights and what to expect from employment in Europe, written for Nigerian professionals.
Working in Europe: Skills for Success - the interpersonal soft skills European workplaces value.
Living in Ireland: A Comprehensive Guide for Skilled Migrants - the legal, cultural and practical side of settling in Ireland.
Each course mixes short lessons with quizzes and interactive activities. You earn points as you progress, can download learning resources, and receive a certificate when you finish.

The training is built for Nigerian STEM professionals who are planning, or already preparing, a move to Europe. That includes SUSTAIN candidates getting ready for placement, as well as anyone curious about what working and living in Germany or Ireland really involves. Good preparation means fewer surprises.
