Scaling up STEM Talent from Africa in Europe (SUSTAIN) is a labour mobility initiative designed to create a sustainable, mutually beneficial partnership between Nigeria, Ireland, and Germany to foster the development and mobility of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) talent.​​​​
Our
Goals
Address skilled labour shortages in the STEM sector in Germany and Ireland.
Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills between Nigeria, Germany and Ireland.
Scale and replicate a labour mobility programme to open the door to similar initiatives and opportunities for attracting international talent to Europe.​
